The Grand has a complimentary Paw Salon in the building that makes grooming and washing your pups easier than ever. We see our furry friends as residents of the building, too, and want them to be treated with the utmost care.
The convenience of the Paw Salon lets you clean up your pup right in the building and comes complete with shampoo, treats, and even complementary bandanas.
Bark Park
Pet-friendly apartment living isn’t complete without a space made just for the pups. Our private Bark Park gives resident dogs room to roam and run, and maybe make some new furry friends, too!
The well-kept, outdoor green space is accessible only to residents who can let their pups enjoy their freedom off leash in a safe, protected environment.
You’ll often find residents and their dogs chatting and enjoying the views, and sometimes you’ll even see our awesome staff at The Grand hosting events specifically for our canine residents at the Bark Park.

Another great partnership for our furry friends is with Pet Pals KC, a service that provides dog walking, pet care, and pet sitting. Because we partner with this awesome business, our residents get offers and connections for premium care that they wouldn’t get anywhere else.
