Our flexible pet policy

The Grand Pet Policy allows for two pets per apartment home and we do NOT have weight or breed restrictions. There is a one-time $300 pet fee and $25 monthly rent per pet.

Bark Park

Living in an apartment with a dog can seem difficult because they need to be taken out and spend time in the sun, just like we do. That’s why we offer a dog park on our second floor! Our private outdoor park allows you and your pets to be happy without having to stray too far from home.

Paw spa

After a long walk, you can visit our paw spa to freshen up your pop. Our inclusive pet wash station makes sure that your pet is always feeling pampered. Our paw spa is always stocked with treats, shampoo, and more so you don’t have to worry about all the extras!
