With on- and off-leash play areas, Bar K is the place for any dog owner looking for something to do with their pet. While the fun is all outside for the pups, you can go inside to the bar and have a drink or enjoy a meal while your dog is tended to by Bar K employees. The best part about Bar K? It’s only a little over a mile from The Grand.<\/li>\n
• Penn Valley Park – Also just over a mile away from our pet-friendly apartments, Penn Valley Park is a great place to have some outdoor time with your pet. This park has served many purposes over the years, but now it has the most important job we can think of: providing a safe and free open space for pets to have fun and make friends.<\/li>\n
• West Terrace Dog Park – If you and your dog are looking for a home away from home, becoming a member here might be a good idea. Less than a mile from The Grand, West Terrace is a members only off-leash dog park. A 1.5 acre, enclosed park provides a great scene for dogs and owners to play, exercise, and socialize. If your dog has all the energy, you can sit on one of the benches and enjoy the view of the West Bottoms, or grab a picnic table and have a quiet lunch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
